Shipping policy

Made-to-Order Production All Tulleboutique dresses are handmade to order. Please allow approximately 4 weeks from the date of your order for your dress to be made before it is dispatched. We do not hold ready-made stock — every piece is crafted especially for you.

Dispatch Once your order is complete, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class using Click & Drop. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been sent.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

• UK: 1–3 working days
• Europe: 3–7 working days
• International (Rest of World): 7–14 working days

Please note these are Royal Mail estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs delays outside the UK.

Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the UK, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
